PLASMA

PLASMA CUTTING

Plasma cutting is an electrical process that creates an electric arc between a tungsten electrode. The gas is partially ionized by the electrical charge, after which it turns into plasma. The technology is applied to steel, stainless steel and aluminum with thickness ranging from 1 to 40 millimeters. Engraving and marking is also possible. The cutting speed with plasma cutting is higher than with oxyfuel cutting. When using our high definition cutting torch, the finish closely resembles the quality of laser cutting.
